Service Methodology

All services of Armenian Project Management Association has been established in the sense of responding on actual market demand and highest customer satisfaction. In this case this mean establishing actual connection with target segment and satisfy them in direct and indirect method.
Target segment divided on following categories:

  • Individual Members
  • Corporate member
  • Local non-member companies (including International)
  • Local non-member NGO's (including International)


Each target segment has been positioned differently and objectives has been outlined. The main aim of segmentation was the exactness of service providing and high level of quality based on needs assessments for each service providing projects.

As the Project Management Association Non-Governmental Organization we are unable to provide business services. But Armenian Project Management Association has been established "APMA" LLC in Republic of Armenia to provide business services and execute other income oriented activities.

Membership services



As the National Association we possess national membership of International Project Management Association. This is very important for high quality services providing as the IPMA supply educational materials to national members which is going to be translated into Armenian very soon. So the certification program going to be conducted by APMA in cooperation with IPMA. This certification programs are very important for development several level certification in Armenia. From one side any member can apply for International certification programs such as PMI and APM UK but on local level we will have chance to introduce certification from APMA.
All other services will be conducted on highest level as well.



Business Services



Being the union of professionals we are offering new approach of service providing based on Project Human Sourcing. For any business service described by our organization we are involving our professional members highly qualified and certified with wide experience who will provide these services. The contracts within this business partnership will be several parties contracts and the main function of APMA will be management and coordination of all recourses within project. And as the main responsibility of APMA will be monitoring and control projects to be executed in safe manner with strong quality management. In other way APMA will be responsible for quality of all services provided to business organization by other member individuals or even organization.



Members participation in Resource Pool



Any member registered in APMA can apply for registering as professional in his field to Human Resource Pool. As the project will be initiated they will be contacted by APMA and involved in the projects. Any individual can initiate the project himself as well involving both APMA as coordinator or other individual resources directly.
Armenian Project Management Association will keep 10% from each participant's income for future services and quality management system improvement and development. In business relations APMA will manage all financial and legal aspects of project's developments and will take the position of protecting business associate's rights for the best of project owners.
