APMA Business Model


Here we are presenting quite simple model of collaboration and development for each professional member which will help develop services for Armenian market. Model based on APMA main role to provide consulting for Project Development. In the variety of services the main is to provide high level professional resources for companies in Armenia to do projects in protected and secure way. Simply APMA will ensure that project will be done by professionals and on highest level of quality. As the business organization APMA will provide initial contracting to corporate clients for project development and execution with collaboration of members. Each member (consultant) will join into contract as independent entity but under the direct control of APMA to manage and control the resource highly effective. This will include secure contracting, policy development and initially Monitoring and Control of projects. APMA is not intent to provide Project Management but only to control the execution of management provided by its members. This model can provide each client secure and protected project management with highly effective controlling function.

As the relations between Client, APMA and any member involved in the projects the main point is to establish direct connection and direct payment but each member should pay 10% to APMA Development fund from his/her income as the future development fee.
Even thought this is the main model but APMA do not necessary should be involved in projects. Each member could initiate project and do with other members, APMA still can execute contracting without monitoring and control.
