To qualify for full membership you must have at least half years' relevant project management experience, including project and budgetary responsibility, as well as technical understanding. Professional membership entitles you to hold the title of Professional Project Manager.


  • International Project Management Association membership

As the member of International Project Management Association (IPMA) all APMA members automatically became member of IPMA with all benefits offered by IPMA.

A wide range of services are offered by the national IPMA Member Associations. The qualification of professional PM personal is guaranteed through expert seminars, education and training programmes, through links with colleagues and training organisations. Many of those training program measures conclude with certificates of high recognition. Mostly specific libraries on project management or literature services are available.

The exchange of PM experience on symposia, conferences and industry-specific meetings enable a constructive atmosphere to expand business with partners and competitors.

The Member Associations own and corporate publications are delivered with regional, national and transnational radius. They contain papers and articles on the latest developments in PM techniques and deliver market information on projects, products, e.g. (PM software) and events.

Any APMA member will be able to join APMA projects, programs and developments for volunteer job. This is the most important contribution to Project Management profession in anybodies career development, so this is not only one way value creation. Even more important than value creation is establishment of successful cases for career development.


  • Possibility to become Resource Pool Consultant at APMA

Any individual joining to APMA will have chance to join Consultant’s Resource Poll where he/she will be presented with all his background, experience and skills. This is the possibility for joining APMA professional team to participate in consulting and development projects. In every case individuals joining to Resource Poll are the matter for approval from Executive Board.


  • Participate in Study Groups

Normally APMA offers free Study Groups for all members. This is one of the best and ideal ways to learn something in creative way and for free. Study Groups will be joined for any knowledge areas starting from Risk Management up to Software project’s lifecycle. For any individuals joining APMA we will offer to participate in these activities to have active and continuous education without training and “have to” study principles. Study Groups are free and open way to study. We encourage everyone to join.

This is important benefit out of all services provided by APMA. Any individual member can access the professional consultants database for any type of projects. APMA will not be involved in project if this will not be requested. In any other cases APMA will provide Monitoring and Control of all project activities.
