APMA is a newly registered professional association in the Republic of Armenia, and is a self sustaining organization focused on providing a network for project management professionals. We are promoting and developing services for our members to be able to provide high quality products and stimulate development of the Armenian economy, for which there is a deep need of Project Management skills.
We provide membership by association to the International Project Management Association (IPMA), as well as alliances with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the UK Association for Project Management. Currently we hold one main project which includes translation and publication of National Standards of Project management, as required to form the basis of a professional association. The National Standards of Project Management produced by our team of professionals is based on the PMI body of knowledge and PRINCE2 UK standards. This comprises the core of the material we make available to our members, enabling them to familiarize themselves with Project Management in general and some of the more useful models that may be implemented in Armenia.

APMA is focused on development of protected professional organization and proposing member-centric philosophy for development. This means that each member will have right to be majority and his problems is organizational problem.
